There is an age requirement of 16 yrs for treatments to be performed. Guests who are 16 -17 yrs should be accompanied by a parent or guardian 18+ yrs. We politely request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow time to check in, make yourself comfortable and unwind. Should you have any medical conditions or allergies please make our spa team aware at time of reservation so we can provide the appropriate guidance. Consumption of alcohol is not permitted in the spa thermal areas. Please respect our no smoking no vaping policy. Smoking areas are designated outdoors. Any treatment not cancelled at least 12 hours in advance will be charged in full.
